My First TRAINZ Set App Reviews

Downloaded to fully updated newer iPad and it crashes as soon as I open it. Have tried everything, just bad programming (it looks like, based on reviews)...this is not a new problem and theyve had plenty of time to fix the bugs.

Wont load on my iPad with ios8 It has never worked on my iPad. My grandson is exceptionally disappointed!

1. All steam locomotives need their tenders! 2. Remove the flatcars from the passenger trains, like the TGV! 3. Add a cab interior view for the Challenger! 4. Remove the foreign wagons from the Southern freight!

I have downloaded it twice and upgraded to the most recent iOS. I have a very disappointed 6 year old now who has been behaving and waiting a week for his new train app. Please fix bugs.

The game wont even load. No matter what I did it would load. 0/10 wouldnt buy again.

My grandson loves it, but it appears to have lost support. I see it last was updated in 2011, so it probably isnt compatible with the so updates. It tries to open briefly and goes away Just as fast.

Do not buy this game. It does not work and hasnt worked in a long time. I honestly dont know why it is still available to purchase. I sent a ticket several months ago stating there was an issue with this game and went through all the troubleshooting bs with the customer support person from the App Store. The guy issued me refund and said they would investigate it. Obviously they did not and will not. I even sent a trouble ticket through the developer of the game. Went through their troubleshooting bs only to be told there is nothing they could do. I encourage everyone who already purchased this to tell iTunes to refund your money and your disappointed in the fact they continue to leave this faulty app available in the App Store.

This game does not and has not worked for a very long time, which is unfortunate for those of us who have children and grandchildren who loved it. Several months ago I finally was able to sit down and send a trouble ticket through app store regarding this non functional app. I went throught the standard troubleshooting jargon with the tech support guy only to have him issue me a refund and tell me they would invetigate the issue. Obviously they did not and more than likely will never. Big disapponment, but not surprised. Contacted the developer of the game since I knew nothing was going to haappen through apple, and that turned out to be disappointing as well. Traded several emails back and forth with their tech guy only to be told there was nothing that could be done. HOW HARD IS IT TO PICK UP AN Ipad OR Iphone AND INVVESTIGATE THE ISSUE?! Apperently it is very difficult to do. So I encourage anyone who has purchased it to get a refund and tell them your are baffled as to why they refuse to look into the matter. They will probably ignore the latter but at least youll get your money back to purchase an app that works. The only other option availabe is to hide the app and forget about it.

We used to play this game a lot, but now it does not work.

I have this game for the iPad 2 and it will not load it opens to title screen and goes back to my tablet. The worst part is their page is really non customer service friendly. There is almost NO WAY to contact someone. Then dont even openly provide a customer service number or email. I have been trying to reach out to some one and I cant find anyone so the best I have is this review. I just want my son to be able to play a game that I purchased.

This app should be removed from the App Store because it does not work and the vendor makes it virtually impossible to get in touch with someone to ask about the problem. All they do is send you to their stupid forum which has unanswered questions at least my question is. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Game will not start. Tried reinstalling game, restarting ipad and nothing.

We were hopeful that the glitches were fixed, but it looks like we got taken, too. :( I have a very sad child on my hands now. Thanks a lot. Please fix the app so we do not feel totally scammed!!!

Does not work on iPad or iPhone 6+. First time Ill be attempting to get a refund from Apple. Take this app down instead of listing every new device it supports.

Just paid for this game. When I open the app, a picture of the train appears. Thats it? No game. I want a refund

Crashes each time you open in 9.2.1

I tried to download this game twice now for my son!! if I could give it no stars I would, it will not open, opens for about one second and closes every time ,do not waste your money or time on this unfortunately
